I am not 100 percent sure if they are 100 percent effective in preventing blue light but when I did the testing with the kit they included in the packing, the lens blocked the blue light. I love them so far. |

The frame however don't feel like that at all! They def feel more sturdy. I wear these almost every single day and I really do love them! |
